Marketing strategies include fixing up of product pricing, placing it, advertising, channeling and promoting it. Strategies are being designed keeping in view competitors’ actions, products, services and promotion strategies, so that the company does not enter with outdated strategies.
- Top management approval:
It is necessary to involve top management in every action. There are lots of things which the management has to consider before taking any action. Strategy implementation requires cautious allocation of resources and labors. Financial aspect is also considered to implement ideas and strategies.
- Coordination with departments:
Once the marketer gets the approval from the higher authorities, he coordinates with every department of a firm. Every department works to achieve a common goal, but have their own respective roles which can be disturbed if the marketer does not coordinate with them.
